Stephen Newton

Originally from Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, Stephen is a multifaceted creative now based in Virginia. He is a current senior at Shenandoah University, pursuing a major in Musical Theatre, a minor in Dance, and a Master’s degree in Arts Management. A small business owner and lifelong learner, Stephen is always investing in something new; onstage, offstage, and in the community.

At Shenandoah, Stephen serves as Co-President of the Choreography Troupe, is a proud member of the Shakespeare Guild, and holds the role of Treasurer of Alpha Psi Omega (APO). Beyond campus leadership, he is the founder of Burleson, Texas's first Ultimate Frisbee league, a dedicated dungeon master, and someone known for being both the first and last person on the dance floor.

Stephen performs to give audiences an escape from the real world, believing deeply in the power of storytelling, music, and movement. His long-term goal is to open a theatre or dance studio, giving back to the community that invested so deeply in him. Always growing, always grinding, always grooving. Stephen gives 110 percent into everything he does.
